1. Copyright & Usage Rights
All images are the copyrighted property of Captured by Claire and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission. Clients are granted a limited license for personal use only unless otherwise specified in writing.

2. Personal Use License
You may download, print, and share images for personal use, including:

• Social media (photographer credit is appreciated)

• Personal printing and gifts

• Albums, scrapbooks, or keepsakes

3. Prohibited Uses
You may not:

• Sell, edit, or alter images in a misleading way

• Use images for commercial purposes (business, advertising, resale) unless permission is granted in writing

• Remove watermarks or copyright notices where applied

4. Image Delivery & Storage
Galleries remain live and accessible for 90 days from the delivery date. Please download and back up your files promptly, as access will not be guaranteed after this period.

5. Liability
Captured by Claire is not responsible for print quality or color discrepancies when images are printed through non-professional labs.
